A respected “music artists’ musician” type, Wiggins has led several classes of his own but made his reputation generally by accompanying feminine jazz-oriented singers, included in this Lena Horne, Kay Starr, Eartha Kitt, Helen Humes, Carmen McRae, Linda Hopkins, and Marilyn Monroe (with whom he done the film “Let’s Fall in Like”).
