Gerry Conway was created in the U.K. in 1947. He started playing drums young. By 1964, he was dealing with Alexis Korner. After a season with him, he became the drummer of Eclection. His following move was using the music group Fotheringay. Interestingly more than enough, the tempo section for your music group, including Conway, was employed by Kitty Stevens. This affiliation continuing as Conway became Stevens’ long lasting drummer. He continued to be with him until Stevens’ pension in 1975. He finished up starting up with Jethro Tull in the first ’80s, and that is clearly a connection which has surfaced often over time. He was an associate of the group until 1982, but provides made performances with them at different times. He’s also the drummer for Fairport Convention.
