Younger brother of Latin pop singer Pedro Fernandez, Mexico-born ranchera artist Gerardito Fernandez made his professional debut at age two, releasing his 1995 debut album Nino Popis while still simply an eight-year-old. Sangre de Charro implemented a year afterwards, and with 1998’s Un Consentido Fernandez produced his main label debut, coming back with Amor de Chiquillo in 1999.
