The 1995 release of Dad And Son paired two legends of soul music, singer and producer Gerald LeVert (b. 13 July 1966, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, d. 10 November 2006, Cleveland, Ohio, USA) and his dad Eddie, lead vocalist and founding person in the O’Jays. The record featured a combined mix of first songs created expressly with the objective with the duo and an array of cover variations, including many O’Jays remakes.
