George Nooks

A hotly tipped raggamuffin vocalist with three 1997 Tamika Reggae Music Honours to his credit (for Crossover Musician, Outstanding Male Musician, and Vocalist of the entire year), George Nooks fell afoul of regulations scant weeks prior to the public wedding ceremony, and was arrested by bounty hunters — authorized with the Immigration and Naturalization Provider — to be in america illegally. Nooks acquired released his self-titled debut record a few months before, on the trunk of his crossover strike singles “True Guys” and “Original ROMANCE.” Also after he was deported, he continuing to tour and record.
