George Garzone

A robust tenor saxophonist whose adventurous plane tickets along with his longtime music group the Fringe possess produced him a story within the Boston area, George Garzone has spent the majority of his lifestyle being a jazz educator. He started in the tenor when he was six, performed in a family group music group, and went to music college in Boston. Garzone initial produced his trio the Fringe (an organization that within the middle-’90s also included founding member Bob Gullotti on drums and bassist John Lockwood) back 1972. Furthermore, Garzone provides guested in lots of situations, touring European countries with Jamaaladeen Tacuma and gigging with Danilo Perez, Joe Lovano, Jack port DeJohnette, Rachel Z, and John Patitucci, amongst others. In 1995, he documented an excellent tribute to Stan Getz on NYC known as Alone; Four’s and Two’s implemented a year afterwards and in 1999, Garzone came back with Moodiology. Fringe in NY premiered in summertime 2000.
