George Darko

The music of West Africa is fused with influences of Western pop music and rock by Ghana-born guitarist and vocalist George Darko. Located in Germany, because the early-1980s, Darko offers continued to create a contemporary level of sensitivity to his tradition-rooted music since time for reside in his homeland of Ghana. The group’s debut recording, Friends, premiered in 1982. Darko stayed the band’s guitarist on the second recording, Highlife Times, 2 yrs later. Using the band’s third recording, Moni Palavi, Darko assumed the part from the group’s lead vocalist. When Bus Prevent disbanded in 1988, Darko continuing to perform like a soloist.
