Genocide

Dozens of rock bands have got named themselves Genocide over time, but the a single from Kleve, Germany, was formed in 2005 by ex – members from the recently defunct dark metal music group Eternal Frost: bassist/vocalist Plague and drummer Tsyrtec. Completed a short while afterwards by guitarist/vocalist Chaos (ex-Elohim), Genocide quickly documented several demos and released both an EP (Blasphemic Terrorism) and long-player (Apocalyptic Visions) in 2007. All shown the trio’s penchant for crusty, Satanic, old-school dark metal from the range popularized by Hellhammer, Darkthrone, among others.
