Genghis Tron

First shaped in Poughkeepsie, NY just before moving to Philadelphia, Pa, Genghis Tron was a noise, digital, IDM, grind, doom, ambient trio that met up in 2004. Their many styles, that have been produced on-stage and on-record minus the help of bass or drummer, was hard to miss within the post-rock and post-metal globe, and leading label Relapse ultimately agreed upon them up. Associates Mookie Singerman (vocals and keyboards), Hamilton Jordan (guitars, drum coding), and Michael Sochynsky (keyboards and drum coding) released their initial album, Dead Hill Mouth on Essential Blast in 2006, and implemented that making use of their debut for Relapse, Plank Up the home, in 2008.
