b. David Parkes, 1972, Kingston, Jamaica, Western Indies. Parkes grew up in the notorious ghetto regions of Seaview, Waterhouse, Rose Street and Waltham Recreation area and was influenced by General Trees and shrubs to talk in the dancehall.
