Gas Huffer

Gas Huffer was formed in 1989 by vocalist Matt Wright, guitarist Tom Cost, bassist Don Blackstone and drummer Joe Newton. As befitting their Seattle roots, the band takes on rootsy punk rock and roll with similar nods to Neil Youthful and the Cramps. Debut solitary “Firebug” premiered in 1989, adopted a year later on from the Ethyl EP. Bare Records authorized the music group and in 1991 released Gas Huffer’s debut recording, Janitors of Tomorrow. 2 yrs later on, the band came back with Integrity, Technology and Services, but shifted to the Epitaph label for 1994’s One In . Masters. The music group kicked off 1996 using a salute with their nation roots by supplying a song towards the Willie Nelson tribute record Twisted Willie. Their 4th record, The Inhuman Ordeal of Particular Agent Gas Huffer, premiered lower than a month afterwards. Gas Huffer released their second record for Epitaph Information, Simply Beautiful Music, within the springtime of 1998; the group also offers a surf rock and roll project known as the Del-Lagunas which includes released many singles. By 2002, the music group had switched brands (Estrus) and acquired another record all set, the Jack port Endino-produced Ordinary people. Lemonade for Vampires made an appearance through Estrus/Contact & Use September 2005.
