b. c.1955, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Grainger started playing bass along with his old sibling, drummer Gregory Grainger. In the past due 70s the set joined Pockets, documenting for Columbia Information, and toured thoroughly with a bundle headlined by Globe, Wind And Open fire. He first captivated wide interest in the past due 80s, playing electrical bass with John Scofield on tour and on many recording classes, including two past due 80s Gramavision albums, Blue Matter and Loud Jazz. After departing Scofield he teamed up using the music group’s drummer, Dennis Chambers, developing the funk music group, Graffiti. He in addition has documented with Carl Filipiak and Haakon Graf. In the past due 90s he started dealing with his sibling inside a fusion music group, designed to screen the extremely empathetic nature of the musical relationship in addition to Grainger’s composing abilities.
