Garden Gate

Backyard Gate is a neo-psychedelic baroque pop task from Philadelphia-based singer/songwriter Timothy Meskers. Following break up of his acclaimed indie pop clothing Dark brown Recluse in 2012, Meskers produced the greater experimental psych duo Light Candles in 2014. A calendar year later, his single vehicle, Backyard Gate, produced its debut using the Homes EP on U.K. indie Sunstone Information. A variety of spacy psych textures and melodic, ’60s-indebted indie pop, Backyard Gate’s full-length debut, Dark Harvest, found its way to August 2016 from Sunstone, with Portland indie Golden Dark brown handling the discharge stateside.
