A catalyst in the surge of active underground rap acts through the Pacific Northwest through the mid- to past due 2000s, Gabriel Teodros comprises section of multiracial hip-hop group Abyssinian Creole. He, along with people of Blue Scholars and Common Marketplace, founded the Mass Range Media company, which includes played an intrinsic role within this mainly Seattle-based motion. Insightful and socially mindful, the Seattle-born MC attracts significantly from his Ethiopian traditions to grapple with politics and world problems.
