Fuzzy Duck

Their name extracted from the favorite linguistic inversion of that time period (Fuzzy Duck – Duzz ’E Fuck?), this early 70s UK intensifying rock quartet highlighted Paul Francis (drums), Mick Hawksworth (bass), Roy Sharland (body organ) and Garth Watt-Roy (electric guitar/vocals). Before the music group’s development Hawksworth had used Andromeda and Five Time Week Straw People, while Sharland have been an associate of Spice and caused Arthur Dark brown. Watt-Roy have been an associate of Greatest Present ON THE PLANET. Fuzzy Duck documented one self-titled record for Mam Information and two singles, ‘Increase Time Girl’ and ‘Big Brass Music group’, for the same label. The record, that was musically otherwise lyrically amazing, was released in a restricted pressing of 500 copies, the cover depicting a duck putting on an ‘Afro hairstyle’. A favorite item among enthusiasts of progressive rock and roll, it was ultimately re-released in 1993 on Repertoire Information.
