Full Devil Jacket

A hard-hitting post-grunge/really difficult rock unit within the vein of Alice in Stores, Staind, and Godsmack, Jackson, Tennessee’s Total Devil Coat was founded in 1997 beneath the moniker the Voodoo Hippies. Made up of frontman Josh Dark brown, guitarists Michael Reaves and Jon Montoya, bassist Kevin Bebout, and drummer Keith Foster, the music group issued a set of indie produces before inking a cope with Def Jam and changing their name. The recently minted Total Devil Jacket made an appearance at Woodstock 1999 quickly before issuing their major-label debut EP, A Polish Container. The band’s eponymous debut long-player, released in 2000, would proceed Platinum, but while on tour with Creed, Dark brown nearly passed away from a medication overdose, as well as the band continued a very lengthy hiatus. The group reunited for any one-off performance this year 2010 at an advantage for guitarist Reaves, who was simply battling malignancy, and after Reaves’ untimely loss of life, Dark brown and co-founder/drummer Keith Foster made a decision to resurrect the group in his honor. Guitarist Paul Varnick and bass participant Moose Douglass became a member of the band soon thereafter, along with a cope with Entertainment One Music was struck, leading to the 2015 launch from the group’s long-awaited sophomore outing Valley of Bone fragments.
