Frisco Kid

b. Stephen Wray, Traditional western Kingston, Jamaica, Western Indies. Wray started to emulate leading DJs while still at college and was ultimately given an opportunity on the mike at smaller sized dances. While employed in a garage area in Kingston, an opportunity meeting with who owns the Exodus Nuclear audio system resulted in his performing because the Paro Child. He became the citizen DJ for Exodus and eventually went to Ruler Jammy’s studio room to record some special deals, changing his name to Frisco Child. As his profession developed, he documented ‘Dance Once again’ at Donovan Germain’s Penthouse studio room. Frisco Child’s career potential clients looked promising because of this discharge, but following the preliminary fervour passed away down, no more recordings surfaced. He came back to recording special deals for the audio and it had been at Dark Scorpio in 1993 that his documenting career had taken an upward convert. Confusion over studio room period led Frisco Child and DJ Terror Fantastic back again to Penthouse, where he documented ‘Big Talk’. His second break resulted in several strikes, including ‘Wakey Information’, ‘Yuh And Yuh Guy’, ‘Tribulation’, ‘Yuh A Increase’, ‘Stage Up In Lifestyle’ and ‘Gal A Di Clothing’. His notoriety resulted in an appearance on the 1995 Reggae Sunsplash celebration where he captivated the crowds with a fantastic performance. His achievement resulted in an alliance with Patrick Roberts, who enrolled Frisco Child within the Stunning Vibes staff. The staff embarked on a global tour featuring Small Kirk, Silver Kitty, Tanto Metro, Snagga Puss and Beenie Man; the tour symbolized the debut shows in European countries for Sterling silver Cat and Frisco Child. The displays received rave receptions from both critics and viewers as well. In 1996 Frisco Child joined up with Buju Banton’s label, the recently formed Cell Stop 321. The organization was made to promote brand-new talent and Frisco Child’s profession advanced using the discharge of the remarkable ‘Video Light’. His achievement continuing with ‘If Appears’ as well as the multi-combination strike ‘Matey Anthem’, alongside Mega Banton, Spragga Benz, Mad Cobra, General Level, Gringo and Johnny P.
