Los Angeles-based substitute rappers Freestyle Fellowship (Aceyalone, Myka 9, P.E.A.C.E., and Personal Jupiter) first started slapping jointly their crazy phrase salads in the first ’90s, leading to their initial record, To Whom IT COULD Concern, that was released in a restricted run (just 300 vinyl fabric copies and 500 tapes) however managed to make the seed products of their devoted following.
