Freddy J IV

Installation of a high-decibel fusion of hard rock and roll and urban blues that’s soiled, distorted, and filled with swagger, King Mud features two noted numbers on the present day blues-rock scene, guitarist and vocalist Freddy J IV through the band Still left Lane Cruiser, and drummer Van Campbell through the Black colored Diamond Heavies. Both musicians had journeyed in the same circles for a long time, and in the springtime of 2015, they made a decision to get one of these collaborative task. Holing up within a documenting studio room in Glendale, California that was simply down the stop through the motel where they remained as well as the liquor shop where they bought refreshments, Freddy and Truck spent five 18-hour times writing and documenting materials, with some help from manufacturer and engineer Arthur Alexander and visitor guitarist Parker Griggs (through the group Radio Moscow). Noted rock and roll professional photographer Robert Matheu was readily available to record the periods, and by the end of the task week, the Ruler Mud project got completed an record, titled The Success Motel Periods. The album premiered by Alive Naturalsound in Feb 2016.
