In the 30s Mandel created the musicals America’s Sweetheart, Totally free FOR ALL THOSE, and East Blowing wind (all 1931), also composing the second option, and he published the publication for May Wines (1935). Mandel’s last Broadway display, which he created and aimed, was the play Vickie (1942).
