Biography
Trumpeter (and sometimes keyboardist) Frank London continues to be saving jazz and contemporary Jewish music because the mid-80s. He provides performed with a multitude of music artists including John Zorn, Mel Torme, LaMonte Youthful, Gal Costa, LL Great J, David Byrne, THEY COULD BE Giants and Palestinian violinist Simon Shaheen. As composer and arranger, London has generated works for movies including Jonathan Berman’s The Shvitz (a documenting from the music premiered by Knitting Stock) and Bruno de Almeida’s YOUR DEBT, 1993 Cannes Film Festival prizewinner. In movie theater, London offered as music movie director for Robert Wilson’s The Leg Has, cowrote Chelm, CA with Traveling Karamozov Sibling Paul Magid, also composed the rating for the marionette production from the Golem! London is a person in Les Miserables Brass Music group as well as the Klezmatics, and network marketing leads his very own group Hasidic New Wave, furthermore to his various other collaborations, including his use vocalist Lorin Sklamberg. In 2000 he collaborated with several fun new York music artists, including Anthony Coleman, Gina Leishman and Myra Melford release a Invocations for Tzadik’s Radical Jewish Tradition series.
