Composer Frank Lewin was a Hollywood mainstay through the 1960s, especially credit scoring the acclaimed CBS dramas The Defenders as well as the Nurses. Blessed March 27, 1925, in Breslau, Germany, Lewin was 14 when his family members relocated to Cuba in air travel in the Nazis.
