France Clidat

People from france pianist France Clidat studied with Lazare Levy in the Paris Conservatory, receiving 1st reward in piano in 1950. In 1956, she was a reward winner in the Liszt Competition in Budapest, a meeting that released her career like a concert designer renowned on her behalf interpretations from the piano compositions of Liszt and Satie. She was granted a Grand Prix du Disque on her behalf documenting of Liszt’s full functions for the piano. Additional recording projects possess included explorations of functions by Satie, Rachmaninov, and Grieg. She was produced a Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres in 1976 and a Chevalier de l’Ordre Country wide du Mérite in 1987. Clidat trained in the École Normale de Musique in Paris and released content articles about the efficiency of Liszt’s single piano music.
