Footloose

The Canadian music group Footloose formed in 1979 in Edmonton. Associates included lead vocalist Tim Feehan, guitarist Terry Medd, bassist George Goodall, drummer Dwayne Feland, and keyboardist Curt Smith. In 1980 Footloose documented several singles beneath the Mustard Information label. A self-titled full-length record made an appearance the same season. A number of the music provided by the group are “Period Is Best,” “Who’s Lovin’ Her Today,” “Jamie,” as well as the tune that gained the very best reviews & most interest, “Leavin’ for Maui.” By 1982 Tim Feehan still left Footloose to start out a solo profession of his very own. Without its business lead vocalist, the group quickly dropped apart, members moving in different musical directions.
