Latvia’s hard rock and roll duo Fomins & Kleins (Ivo Fomins and Tomass Kleins) formed in 2002, however the two had played together in the underground music group Sweet Encounters during Soviet moments. Agreed upon to Latvia’s largest record business, Microphone Information, the group released its debut, Muzikants, in 2003. In 2004 their tune “Dziesma par Laimi” was Latvia’s admittance for the Eurovision Tune Contest.
