Föllakzoid

Föllakzoid certainly are a psych-pop group from Santiago, Chile, shaped around bassist/vocalist Juan Pablo Rodrigues, synth participant Alfredo Thiermann, and drummer Diego Lorca. The three fulfilled during years as a child and began playing jointly officially in 2008. Throughout their initial practice, they jammed on the tune in free-form design for over two hours, which reliance on chemistry became a determining quality of their concert events. In ’09 2009, after adding guitarist Domingo Garcia-Huidobro, they began the BYM (Blow YOUR BRAIN) studio room and record label, and released their initial record on cassette. Föllakzoid spent another two years focusing on a long-running, two-song, self-titled EP for Sacred Bone fragments, and implemented it up in 2013 with II on a single label. The music group toured extensively to get the album, showing up at celebrations including ATP and Lollapalooza, and their shows inspired the tracks that became their third record. Föllakzoid documented and combined 2015’s III at BYM, collaborating with German digital designer Atom™, who performed a Korg synthesizer that was utilized by Kraftwerk while touring through the ’80s. While touring European countries in 2016, the music group collaborated with J. Spaceman (Jason Pierce of Spacemen 3 and Spiritualized), and a 12″ made up of reworkings of III songs “Electric powered” and “Globe” was released by Sacred Bone fragments as London Classes in 2017.
