Floyd “Dipper Boy” Council

b. 2 Sept 1911, Chapel Hill, NEW YORK, USA, d. June 1976, Sanford, NEW YORK, USA. Sometimes referred to as Dipper Boy or The Devil’s Daddy-In-Law, Council discovered to try out blues acoustic guitar (and in addition mandolin) in his youngsters and played within the roads of his city in a little music group. In 1937, he was noticed in this area by a skill scout, which resulted in his making information.
