Sometimes referred to as Dipper Boy or The Devil’s Daddy-In-Law, Council discovered to try out blues acoustic guitar (and in addition mandolin) in his youngsters and played within the roads of his city in a little music group. In 1937, he was noticed in this area by a skill scout, which resulted in his making information.
