French jazz-pop chanteuse Florence K was created in Montreal in 1983 to guitarist/composer Hany Khoriaty and opera singer Natalie Choquette. After producing her tv debut at six, at 16 she toured behind her mom being a pianist, a season afterwards playing her initial single gig. Florence K spent another many years as the home pianist at Montreal’s Stash Café, amassing a thorough repertoire of tracks sung in French, British, Portuguese, and Spanish via infrequent leaves of lack to try out limited residencies just about everywhere from Atlantic Town to Casablanca to Hanoi. In 2005, Florence K released her debut LP, Live au Lion d’Or, on her behalf own Crimson Blues label. Bossa Blue implemented in middle-2006.
