Daughter of the amateur vocalist, Flor Silvestre (given birth to Guillermina Jiménez) was captivated by popular music in a very early age. In Mexico Town she had the chance to execute live for the very first time, implementing the nickname of Flor Silvestre immediately after. A first put in place a new skill contest provided her the opportunity to begin touring around Mexico and Central and SOUTH USA. Around once, while marketing her debut record, Guillermina Jiménez started a successful performing profession. Flor Silvestre got wedded to well-known Latin musician Antonio Aguilar. Jointly they became an area star and parents of two superstars within the Mexican picture: Antonio Aguilar, Jr. and José Antonio Aguilar, aka Pepe Aguilar.
