After songwriting journeyman Tag Mangold penned a tune for regulations [2], he made a decision to go on a hard blues project of his own. Fellow wanderer Al Pitrelli, whose axe has been around the services of Doro, Alice Cooper, Widowmaker, Asia, Savatage, and many more, welcomed the opportunity to increase his chops and became a member of Mangold. Newbie bassist Mitch DeStafano, Saraya drummer Chuck Bonfante, and Tyketto vocalist Danny Vaughn (also past due of White colored Lion and Waysted) fleshed out Flesh & Bloodstream. Mangold wrote the majority of Blues for Daze, also drenching the disk in Hammond body organ.
