Fleming McWilliams (vocals, flute, percussion) and her brother Shawn (drums, vocals) was raised in East Prairie, MO. Fleming afterwards transferred to Nashville and fulfilled Miami indigenous John Tag Painter (electric guitar, trumpet, vocals); both produced Fleming & John with Shawn on drums and Berklee graduate Stan Rawls on bass. The quartet agreed upon using the R.E.X. label and released Delusions of Grandeur in 1991; following efforts consist of 1998’s JUST HOW We Are.
