Fifth Reason

Explaining their music as “psychotic steel,” the members of Sweden’s Fifth Cause split their time taken between several rings, only occasionally arriving together to generate melodic power steel documents like 1997’s Psychotic and 2000’s With or Without. Composed of vocalist Kristian Andren (Memento Mori and Tad Morose), guitarists Simon Johansson (Abstrakt Algebra, Memory space Backyard) and Marco A. Nicosia (Hexenhaus), bassist Marty Marteen (Hexenhaus, Memento Mori), drummer Martin Larsson, and, around the 1st LP, bassist Oscar Tillman, 5th Reason is usually supposedly still a heading concern, despite their lengthy absence from saving.
