Field Mouse

Field Mouse are an indie rock-band based away of Brooklyn and Philadelphia. Shaped by vocalist/guitarist Rachel Browne and multi-instrumentalist/manufacturer Andrew Futral (age Rockets) circa 2010, they released a small number of fuzz-washed singles, including a cover of Deerhunter’s “Helicopter,” before adding member Saysha Heinzman on bass. Settling into melodic fantasy pop, their debut LP, Keep Still Life, noticed discharge in 2014 with Best Shelf Information. The group after that added keyboardist Zoë Browne and drummer Tim McCoy to the state lineup, and Episodic adopted in 2016 with a far more coherent, if lush, indie rock and roll sound.
