Festa Cell were a highly-rated, if obscure, symphonic jazz rock and roll quintet hailing from Rome, and led with the brothers Giovanni and Francesco Boccuzzi, and bassist Tonio Napoletano. Festa Cell cut just one single record, the ambitious idea Dario Di Vaggio Della Festa Cell (Diary from the Journey from the Movable Feast), released in Italy by RCA in 1973, but split up immediately after its discharge. Third ,, the Boccuzzis and Napoletano recruited drummer Piero Mangini and released Il Baricentro.
