Farquahar, an eclectic band of musicians, have been taking part in together in a variety of forms for pretty much a decade just before saving their first album — honing their abilities on several other tasks. Guitarist/singer Tag Stanley is a studio room guitarist for a number of major functions including Like and Rockets, Andy Partridge, and Clutch. Bassist Tag Smoot offers toured with many rings and acted like a maker for rings including Rah Bras, Kepone, Chainsaw Jazz, Grouser, and Damn Near Crimson. Drummer Chris Gallo offers documented with Mao Tse Helen, Clockhammer, Malediction, and Jaws of Existence. This diverse group of encounters has helped create unique recordings. There are numerous bands that may be described as merging components to ’70s prog rock and roll, pop-hardcore, and techno — fewer serves as a doing so in a single song. Farquhar achieved this feat over and over on the debut self-titled recording, released on Porcelain Productions in 1999.
