Biography

Four-piece percussion ensemble founded in 1973 by Maham Konte, later on growing to be an eight-piece. Located in Geneva, they performed in the Montreux Jazz Event in the first ’80s and toured in European countries and Japan. They performed in the televised Mandela party in London in 1988, and documented using the Rolling Rocks the next 12 months.
