Fanica Luca

A master from the skillet flute, Fanica Luca is most beneficial remembered as the teacher of such stellar skillet flute players as Gheorghe Zamfir and Nicholae Pirvu. Luca was mostly of the skillet flute players between 1920 and 1940 to attract worldwide attention. Showing up at a global exhibition in america in 1939, he performed at an identical exhibition in France 3 years later. Using the support from the Institute of Folklore Study in Bucharest, Luca started teaching the pan flute in 1949. He relocated the class towards the exclusive Music Lyceum in 1953.
