Fandango was formed by bassist Nick Simper, most well-known for his stint in Deep Crimson in the past due ’60s. He previously also been in a variety of other rings, including Johnny Kidd’s right before Kidd’s loss of life; the Flowerpot Males; and early-’70s hard rock and roll clothing Warhorse. In the past due ’70s, requiring a music group to record materials for any music publisher, he created Fandango, including ex-Warhorse guitarist Pete Parks. Fandango documented several run-of-the-mill hard rock and roll albums that received small interest in English-speaking countries, but do manage to enter the very best 30 in Holland and Germany. Another previous Warhorser, drummer Mac pc Poole, joined for his or her second album, where time they could as well possess known as themselves Warhorse. Fandango disbanded in the first ’80s.
