Hailing from Paris’ Montreuil suburbs, Fancy is normally a glittery confection of everything crazy and catchy in rock and roll music through the ’50s onward. They borrow a little from disco, funk, locks metallic, and rockabilly, and cite Elvis Presley, Mozart, and David Lee Roth as inspirations, but most importantly, they keep carefully the flamboyant fire of ’70s glam rock and roll burning bright.
