The group comprises Keith Baxter (b. 19 Oct 1957, Rochford, Essex, Britain; banjo, trombone, washboard, zobstick), Richard Baxter (b. 13 August 1959, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, Britain; vocals, melodeon, saxophone, harmonica), Nigel Blackaby (b. 27 November 1958, Rochford, Essex, Britain; bass, vocals), Paul Collier (b. 12 Feb 1959, Rochford, Essex, Britain; drum, vocals), Melanie Johnson (b. 2 Feb 1961, Swindon, Wiltshire, Britain; recorder, clarinet, vocals), Paul ‘Prof’ McDowell (b. 30 Sept 1958, Rochford, Essex, Britain; accordion, vocals), Tony ‘Make sure you Sir’ Littman (b. 17 July 1951, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, Britain; electric guitar), and Charlie Skelton (b. 8 Feb 1963, Enfield, Middlesex, Britain; fiddle). Tony Littman and Skelton changed former people Nick Pynn (fiddle, mandolin, mandocello, banjo, viola), and Richard ‘Rikki’ Reynolds (electric guitar) who still left the group. Pynn became a member of the re-formed Cockney Rebel with Steve Harley.
