Home / Biography / Falcão

Mixing research humor and music, always discovering with exaggerated ridicule and kitsch devices, Falcão departed from his regional, restricted performances for any national success using the strike “I’m Not Pet Zero” (corrupted British version of Waldick Soriano’s “Eu Não Sou Cachorro Não”), contained in his 1st solo record (Bonito, Lindo, e Joiado, 1992). The next record (O Dinheiro Não é Tudo, Mas é 100%, 1994), acquired the strike “Dark People Car” (once again located in a brega achievement, this time around “Fuscão Preto”). But his first proper smash was “Hollyday Foi Muito” from his third record (A Besteira é basics da Sabedoria, 1995). His following albums had achievement with “A Um Passo da MPB” and “Tu És O MDC da Minha Vida” (by Raul Seixas/Paulo Coelho).
