Berlin citizen and multi-instrumentalist Frank Schültge Blumm describes himself as an “hearing worker.” Created in Bremen on July 16, 1968, Blumm researched music artwork, educational technology, and traditional acoustic guitar. His early tasks focused on sound (Blumm’s method of rebelling contrary to the traditional acoustic guitar), but his function became more organized once he became thinking about radio performs. A proceed to Berlin in 1997 discovered Blumm collaborating even more, especially with Harald “Sack” Ziegler for the Sack & Blumm task, and his radio takes on were becoming broadcast across Germany. Having currently released records for the Staubgold, Gefriem, and Sound Dregs brands, Blumm found most people’s interest in 2001 when he released Mondkuchen, among the just “acoustic” records for the generally electronica-leaning Morr Music. In 2002, Staubgold released his dreamy Ankern recording, but he came back to Morr for 2005’s Zweite Meer and 2006’s Summer months Kling (Sound Dregs also released Lichten in 2005).
