Biography
F.O.D. certainly are a German digital body music (EBM) trio whose design is affected by Neue Deutsche Welle in addition to contemporary digital dance music. Hailing from Oschatz, Saxony, the trio is definitely made up of Daniel (aka extra D; vocals, key pad, programming, composition, set up), Andreas (aka An/gown; keyboards, development, lyrics, composition, set up), and André (aka Vehicle den Gerk; keyboards, unique effects, demonstration). F.O.D. produced their documenting debut in 2002 with a set of singles (Krissi, Over Right now/X-Celerate) accompanied by the full-length albums Crucified (2003) and Manufactured in Germany (2005). The trio consequently signed a documenting contract using the label Dread Section and proceeded release a Synthesizer Tanzmusik (2008). Probably the most commercially effective F.O.D. recording up to now, Synthesizer Tanzmusik features previous Blutengel vocalist Eva Pölzing on many songs.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I think there needs to be - I don't really like the word moral - a moral to the story. You need to think about it. Things can be entertaining, but if you leave the theater and it doesn't stay with you, doesn't haunt you, doesn't challenge you, then it's not successful, for me. So I hope to make films that make one think. [2016] |

People don't understand it and they will probably laugh when they read this, but fashion is one of the most grueling, brutal industries in the world because we create a constant stream of product that is perishable. And it's speeding up so fast. People consume. They're bored. They consume. They're bored. They consume. They're bored. |

[observation, 2016] I am hoping for a Democratic president - though a female President won't be able to wear my clothes because they're too expensive. And I think that's absolutely right. |
4 |
I had a tiny bit of fashion training, but not really. I had no formal training as a film director either. |
5 |
If you spend an hour and a half in a movie theater, it should challenge you. |
