Melodic Christian pop/rock outfit Everyday Sunday hail from Columbus, OH, given birth to from a suburban Hilliard church youth band of which lead vocalist Trey Pearson was an associate. Taking motivation from CCM heavyweights Sound Adrenaline, Jars of Clay, and dc Chat, Everyday Weekend issued their indie debut, Sleeper, in 2001, and gained national interest that same season when the one “Only a Tale” became popular on Christian radio. Starting spots on travels for functions like All-Star United, Pax217, Skillet, and Earthsuit adopted, as well as the band’s activity eventually attracted the eye of Flicker Information. Inking a cope with the label in 2002, Everyday Weekend released OPERATE that fall. The record do well, as do their follow-up of melodic rock and roll goodness, 2004’s Anthems for the Imperfect. Both albums garnered the youthful group all sorts of compliment and crucial accolades from Christian radio and stores like CCM Publication, but the limitless touring over time threatened to break the people up. Nevertheless, their like of music and Christ received out in the long run, and Everyday Weekend plowed forward to begin with writing new, inspirational tunes. After signing a fresh cope with Inpop Information, the band joined the studio room with maker Ian Eskelin (Krystal Meyers, All-Star United) to record its tightest, catchiest, & most available collection up to now. Wake Up! AWAKEN! appeared in-may 2007 to positive response and quickly obtained two Christian radio strikes within the singles “Discover Me Tonight” and “AWAKEN! AWAKEN!” A complete summer time of touring adopted, and by nowadays, the group was made up of vocalist Pearson, guitarists Jesse Counts and Aaron Eikenberry, bassist Brandon Eikenberry, and drummer Kevin Cramblet. Several lineup changes as time passes had also discovered music artists like Dan Hunter (bass), Chris Hines (drums), Jason Siemer (acoustic guitar), and Andrew Martin (acoustic guitar) go through the Everyday Weekend ranks, amongst others.
