Ethel Meserve

Called after an elderly store owner from their house of State University, Pa, Ethel Meserve’s complex structure of abrasive guitars and screamy vocals helped donate to the genre of “math rock and roll” where the likes of Fugazi, Kerosene 454, Slint and June of 44 first founded. Two years once they first met up, Ethel Meserve debuted using the “Pierman”/ “Paladin Period” solitary in 1996 that was shortly accompanied by a break up with Giant’s Seat a year later on.
