Ermal Meta

Ermal Meta can be an Albanian-Italian musician. His music combines regular dance beats, upbeat pop melodies, and soft, swooning vocals. Meta was created in Fier, Albania in 1981 and shifted with his family members to Bari, Italy when he was 13. He performed guitar using the Italian music group Ameba4, who released their self-titled debut record in 2006. Meta after that joined La Popularity di Camilla in 2007, offering as the band’s business lead vocalist and songwriter until their break up in 2013. During his period with La Popularity di Camilla, he also had written tracks for Chiara, Annalisa, Patty Pravo, and several other Italian performers. He embarked on the solo profession in 2013 and released his debut record, Umano, in 2016. His 2017 follow-up, Vietato Morire, reached number 1 on Billboard’s Italian International graph.
