After a four-year string of compilation looks and periodic singles, the Green Pajamas released their 1st full recording in over seven years, 1997’s Strung Behind sunlight. Lichter added three songs towards the recording, a quota that continuing on 1998’s All Hints Result in Megan’s Bed, 2000’s Seven Fathoms Down and Falling, and 2001’s The Caroler’s Track. Self-recorded over an interval of a couple of years (with periodic help from fellow Green Pajamas users Jeff Kelly and Laura Weller, amongst others), Lichter’s single debut, Palm Wines Weekend Blue, was finally released in-may 2002.
