Erdbeerschnitzel may be the saving alias of German home manufacturer Tim Keiling, who have crafts lush, offbeat dance paths using a sly, playful love of life. His richly melodic deep home grooves frequently feature deftly manipulated vocal examples (typically sourced from R&B information) and large bass, leading to quirky however soulful tracks suit for just about any open-minded dancefloor. Keiling started creating music in 2006, dabbling with big defeat and drum’n’bass before developing his exclusive style of home music. Many digital releases made an appearance in 2008 and 2009, like the full-length Pathetik Party, an eclectic record with tracks which range from dubstep to seriously edited micro-house. 12″ EPs made an appearance on 3rd Hit Information, Mirau, and 4 Lux this year 2010, emphasizing the greater club-friendly areas of Keiling’s audio. Mirau also released Erdbeerschnitzel’s 2012 full-length Sensitive Leaf, a dual LP of soft yet hazy home tracks. Keiling agreed upon to Delsin for the discharge from the 2013 EP Pillow, which was accompanied by The Enough Waters in 2014. In 2015, Rote Liebe released The Attendants, Erdbeerschnitzel’s most experimental function to date.
