Epic Hero

Epic Hero shaped in Minneapolis toward the past due ’90s. Dan Duerloo (drums) and Justin Milbradt (vocals) had been collaborating with several locals at that time, and released a CCM-flavored record with this lineup in 2001 beneath the Wellspring moniker. Your time and effort was pretty much received, but lineup and path changes place the music group in limbo. Still, they were able to tour through their workers diversity, creating a pursuing on the faculty circuit, and by 2002-2003 bassist Brad Bivens was up to speed permanently. Region pop music luminary Dan Wilson (Trip Shakespeare/Semisonic) got into the picture at this time, and began focusing on material using the music group, now officially known as Epic Hero. (The guitarist place was still in flux, though Ben Gowell was the fill-in on quickness dial.) Hero’s following album took form with Wilson’s help as a manufacturer and co-songwriter, and lastly made an appearance through New Musician Direct in springtime 2004. The aptly called NEW LEASE OF LIFE was a solid, well-crafted work in the vein of Matchbox Twenty and Wilson’s very own Semisonic, and got Epic Hero seen in the Twin Metropolitan areas and beyond.
