Engine 54

Though something from the fertile Olympia, Washington indie rock community, Engine 54 rather drew their influence from classic ska, honing a lively old-school sound which found considerable favor among fans from the genre. Comprising guitarists Scott Freeman and Perry Salzhauer, bassist Colin Davis, trumpeters Jeff Davis and Harry O. Wilken, saxophonist Tom Mazzuca, trombonist Emilie Peine, organist Lance Asher, drummer Kelly VanCamp and percussionist Jason Dark brown, the group debuted in 1996 using the LP 54/95, coming back two years afterwards with Run your money can buy.
